Do you only ship to credit card billing address?
We understand that it may be easier to ship directly to your place of work. Moissanite on the net will verify with your credit card company that you have your alternative address on file. It takes 24 hours to add an alternative address. To make sure your order is shipped in a timely way we suggest adding your alternative address before placing your order.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax if you live in the state of Michigan.

Do I have to be home to sign for the package?
All items are shipped insured with signature required. There are no exceptions to this rule.

I received my order and I am unhappy with the item?
All items except custom design or altered pieces are eligible for a full 15 day refund minus shipping charges. We want our customers to be happy with our exceptional quality and styling. If you are not simply return the item back to us.
