15 - Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your puchase, simply return for a
full product refund (Sorry we can not refund freight, platinum, or
special order merchandise). To return an item, please contact us
or call us at 866-632-6440 for a R.A.(return authorization)
number. When sending back your return please include a copy of your
invoice with the return. Write the R.A. number on the outside of the
package. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For
your security, all returns are opened in the presence of 2 receivers
who verify the contents upon their arrival.
We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 15 days of
the receipt date and is in new, resalable condition without any
scratches, nicks or marks.

against any manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry item fails within that
period of time, Moissanite On The Net.com, at its discretion, will
either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the
loss of stones from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling
charge of $15 will be charged to the customer. Charles and Colvard
offers a lifetime warranty on all moissanite not to lose its shine and
brilliance.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every piece of
moissanite jewelry or loose moissanite comes with a certificate of
authenticity by Charles & Colvard certifying that each
moissanite jewel is an original Charles and Colvard product. Charles &
Colvard offers consumers a limited lifetime warranty that Charles &
Colvard created Moissanite jewels will maintain
their brilliance and fire for the lifetime of the owner.
